Return And Exchange Policy

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the order. You can email us at Email ID, with your order details. We will soon arrange a reverse pickup to collect the products, please make sure the items are unused. The reverse pickup process takes 48 working hours’ time (Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Also, it takes 3-5 working days for those products to reach back to our warehouse. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will dispatch the new exchanged products as soon as we receive them back and get approval from our quality team otherwise, we will refund back the money into your card/bank account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
In that case, please email us at our Email ID: info@evoraretail.in within 1 day of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. We will soon arrange a reverse pickup process takes 48 working hours’ time (Mon to Fri 9:00AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. Also, it takes 3-5 working days for those products to reach back to our warehouse. Once approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER
You can only make your return within 2 days receiving it.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.

WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT?
A minimum 7 days are required from the time we receive the returned product.
